RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation: 

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Returns (if applicable):

  • Customers can request returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive the package with tracking information, refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: 

  • Customers are only charged once for shipping, including returns. No restocking fees are applied for product returns.
  • For free shipping items, customers will be notified of return shipping costs based on our shipping expenses.

Refunds (if applicable): 

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. Approval or rejection of the refund will also be communicated. If approved, refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe to your original payment method.

Late Repayment or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
